After you are pre-qualified…
Your personal professional licensed REALTOR is assigned.
Home Profiles
Once your likes and dislikes are identified, your REALTOR™ will begin sending home profiles for you to review.
Home Visits
Let the excitement begin! Once you identify your potential matches you and your REALTOR™ will establish a time and address to meet and begin previewing homes.
Submit Offer
This is the part of the process when we send the sellers an amount, in writing, that we would like to purchase their property for; with all the details. It gets the ball rolling! No agreement is in place at this time – the difference between an “offer” and a “contract”. More info here
Contract (Binding Agreement)
Once the buyers and sellers have agreed to all terms of the offer, they are UNDER CONTRACT (also known as BINDING AGREEMENT). Initially after an offer becomes a binding agreement, items left to be finalized are the final loan approval, inspections (due diligent period), appraisal and any contingencies that may have been attached to the contract.
Closing & Move In!
The day buyers and sellers meet to sign all paperwork then you get to move into your new home on the agreed upon day!
